eAutoTools.com Review of Tp9Kac 9 K Lbs. Two Post Asymmetric Lift I have no reservations about recommending this product to anyone. I found eAutools.com and their product plus customer service to be excellent. Scott in the service group was most helpful. It took me longer to run the electrical service to the lift then it did to assemble it. All the parts necessary were supplied less the electrical wiring, conduit, j-boxes, etc. I had the use of a fork lift, so all movement was very simple. Two guys can erect the unit with the help of some sort of lifting device. Directions were easy to follow, too. The transporting company was late (5 days) and the driver was an idiot, however the shipping cost was reasonable.

Excellent service all around. They showed up on time, had everything they needed, worked efficiently, performed a great lift install, and answered all my questions. What more could I ask?

Professional and Knowledgeable on their Products I started my search on a 4 post lift over a year ago. In that time span, I asked Manny a bunch of questions and he answered them all without any expectations of getting my business. In the end, it was his professionalism and eAutoTools competitive pricing that got me to place an order with them. After the order, Manny helped me arrange installation with the lift installer which was nice of him. Alfredo also helped me with post sales questions that I had. He showed the same level of professionalism.

Could have communicated better. After placing my order and paying upfront, I waited without hearing anything for two weeks, when I called I was told I was a month out because they assumed I was waiting for a certain color, (blue) when there were others (red) sitting in a warehouse. I told them to ship one in stock. When it arrived it had obviously been casually handled because it was scratched and the paint was beat. I was just happy to have it so I didn't snivel about the damage. I was satisfied with the installers. This is why the country is going down hill no pride in work or product...

very efficient and cost effective all phases of the purchase were satisfactory with the exception of a few small details.. 1).."free shipping" had the delivery terminal office manager telling me that the shipping was never paid for..i had to call and provoke a shipping payment before i could receive my lift. 2)no email confirmation for shipping, and item received had no paperwork such as owners manual, and/or assembly manual, again having to call and ask for items expected. 3) the item itself "9000lb. lift" is of ok quality with the exception of some small "made in china" defects such as: the lift pads made of rubber won't stay on the steel plates and the welding "slag" inside where the lift slides is atrocious. 4) also not too happy about the lack of available replacement parts. 5) eAUTOTOOLS did offer the best price
