I have ordered from these guys for ever but never again! I have ordered from these guys for years, I own 8 rigs and replaced all shocks and struts with these guys. Has always been above and beyond customer service and shipping. Sadly I never gave a great review like I should have. But this last go round was much different. The owners son answered the phones and we talked and at 30 foot pounds a top of a strut snapped and broke. It was supposed to be torqued down to 45 lbs. he told me my mechanic was either drunk or high from smoking a bowl beacuse that just doesn’t happen. It got worse from there and uglier from there. I will never do business with them again. He then told me I need to send it back and then they would send to bilstien and they would look at it and say nothings wrong and you are just wasting everyone’s time. Again got uglier from there as well. Feel bad for his dad who worked hard making a great company only to have kid ruin it!

The Billstein shocks that I ordered… The Billstein shocks that I ordered from you never felt up to the task, even compared to the old Monroe RV shocks that I had replaced the with. I recently ordered KYB shocks for the same van (Roadtrek conversion) and cannot believe the difference. I can only conclude that the Billsteins were flawed from day one and am happy to return them for you evaluation. Order number 179509 was the Billsteins order from 27/03/2017. The KYB's were ordered 17/10/2018 from another source from which I have copies available if needed.

Ordered 8 koni shocks 20 July Ordered 8 koni shocks 20 July, after waiting 2 week,After trying to reach someone by phone,chat and email. I would start ccalling @9 after several days and hrs of dialing them,was told shocks are on backorder but would be there 9 Aug, about 14 Aug went thru hassle of calling, email and chat (waited 25min no response), Finally got thru on Mon 26 Aug started calling @ 9 when open, phone will go to recording after 7 rings, was shocked to hear john and after 3x, was tolded they would be in 29 Aug.On 3 Sept went thru the routine, call x's,email,chat, Frank answered didn't know if koni shocks were in but would call me in 15 min, I'm still waiting. UNSAT, unbelievable a place can stay in business, it's a leadership problem.

Buyer beware Buyer beware. Buy local or somewhere else that actually wants your business. They do not answer emails and on the very rare occasion they answer the phone they are unbelievably rude. Make sure you read their “return policy” also. When so many people are leaving reviews with basically the same experience it has to be the company. Find a different business. You will be better off and prices are cheaper else where.

2 months order has not arrived 2 months order has not arrived, an my card was charged, company is a scam used to be a legit company. Back 15 years ago, now don not even try to order here stay away this website only receiving payments not send it parts.
