Horrible experience We as a dealership have worked with them for two years, I don't recall a customer needing them and finding them useful. One of our customers needed a transmission changed, initially they agreed to pay for the fixing but after he payed the mechanic they didn't reimburse him. If I cancel the warranty they just tell me it's too late. We as a dealership don't recommend this company for any dealers or customers.

If I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would! I bought the most expensive package they had thinking I wouldn’t have to worry. My Jeep was towed to the garage and now they’re saying they don’t cover the shift cable because it’s not part of the transmission. They will say whatever they have to to get out of paying. They are a complete scam and I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. Trust me. Beware of their scam! They want me to pay the 500 when I’ve already paid them over 2000 for a warranty that is a joke!

I would NEVER recommend this warranty… I would NEVER recommend this warranty company to anyone for several reasons. They reasons area as follows: 1. Most places have never heard of them; 2. Is difficult to contact someone; 3. They only cover certain components of the powertrain ( which is necessary for the operation of the vehicle); and when you do get in contact with someone thru address VERY RUDE and CONDESCENDING. Every experience with the company is a nightmare from a consumer, dealer and repair shops aspect. I'M FILING A COMPLAINT WITH BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU....

Worst warranty ever. Worst warranty ever.. my cars been in the shop for well over 2 months needing a transmission and there not wanting to pay for anything.. my deductible is $100. I just had to spend $1400 just for them to send an inspector to look at it.. this company is a joke

This company is the worst!! Buyer beware!!! This company is the worst, i purchased their high end package when i purchased car, after a yr...my motor went out, they actually would not replace it until the motor was broken down even though a certified mechanic that they told me they use and trust... showed them fuel in my spark plug sockets and low pressure in my engine... break down of my engine would cost me $1400 labor out of pocket which they dont cover. The worst ever!!!! Never again!!! Not only that i had my vehicle towed and they would not even cover the cost because the driver sent me the reciept in a text. I will continue to spread this message about this on every review board there is!! Beware!!!
