They even called so that we could make sure everything would work perfectly for my order. They even through in some parts for no extra costs. Plus, the product turned out to be in great shape! I'm lucky to have worked with this shop.

Seller said they performed a 100 point… Seller said they performed a 100 point inspection/certified pre owned but when I received the bike, all it took was one turn of the steerer and it was a disaster,the lower headset bearing was cooked. I had to go to trek dealer and order the parts which is taking forever. The rest of the components arrived as described. 2 stars for the bike being not ride ready as described.

I purchased a used bicycle I purchased a used bicycle. The information about the bike on the site was incorrect. It had the wrong year (it was 2014, not 2015). I was also unable to get to the specifications after purchase. Otherwise, Luis was helpful, prompt. The bike was delivered when they said it would be. The bike is great.
