Great bike, difficult to communicate Very slow and limited communication after purchasing a bike. There were no instructions provided for assembling the bike, so I reached out with a few minor questions. Most of them I was able to figure out eventually by researching online, but I still would have appreciated a quick response. The seller promises a 24 hour response time, which they did not meet. They did eventually get back to me, only partially answering one of the questions. A bigger concern was about the cleanliness of the drivetrain, specifically the jockey wheels. I bought the bike "certified pre-owned," and the sale page suggested that the drivetrain would be inspected and cleaned. The jockey wheels had a significant amount of grime buildup. I removed most of it fairly easily with a flathead screwdriver, but this really should have been taken care of by the seller as promised. The condition of the bike otherwise was as expected from the online posting. The bike was safely packed and arrived promptly.
