GBI had to pay for what should be a… I had to pay for what should be a warranty Item. I got my M026TGB bike Sept 6 2023 , by January 2023 my headlight went out, and the replacement would not turn off so Vivi Told me I needed a new Brushless motor controller and to purchase it on the website period, on a bike 6 months old.

GBM026TGB bike review Really like the bike. Assembly was straightforward. I would increase the length of the seat post as it was too short and had to buy new ones on both bikes. Also a key or some mechanism to ‘turn off the bike’ would be good so the battery can be left on the bike if on a rack while in class and not in use. Overall, really like the bike.
