Quick response Quick response, and when I wasn’t sure why my bike wasn’t shipping, they physically called me. They reassured me that, it would be on the way very soon. 2 days later I got my bike.

Product was just as described we needed… Product was just as described we needed an xtra large case for our folding mountain bikes that have fat tires and was having problems locating a case that would accommodate them. Case is quality made and bikes fit perfectly!

I didn’t get the color that I picked I didn’t get the color that I picked. If it wasn’t in stock I should’ve gotten and email or something regarding to the color that I pick was not in stock at the time. What a waste of money for something that you wanted but don’t get it. These are expensive. But overall the bike is good it was just that little situation that I was kinda upset about when I opened the box.
