DO NOT SUGGEST THIS E BIKE FOR THIS PRICE where do i begin. 1. the bike came in with issues to begin with like everything that wasn't tightened by me or manually put together by me was not tightened properly and my front wheel came with a hole in its tubing. 2. the battery power was a lie i can only get 5 miles with pedal assist without it dying when its advertised to go way further. 3.i had received the wrong front fender and still don't have one cause I have already put in 100$ into the bike to fix the not tightened parts that ended up needing change like both cranker arms and had to buy replacement tubing. now there has been some good things which is why i give it a 2 other then a 1. The bike itself without looking at the range and other issues including battery life it runs good and still with all the issues I like my purchase just not at the price I paid. The customer help was amazing I had received a free battery cause of my battery issues though it still only ran at a minimum 5 miles without dying but having a extra will go a long way so I am thankful for that. Now I don't recommend this bike to people buying something reliable and will have no issues cause I have seen people have better experiences then me so it seems like a luck factor is involved with buying this bike. Hopefully this helps someone in deciding this is the bike for them

Bikes arrived as scheduled and… Bikes arrived as scheduled and permitted me to track their arrival. Called for some assistance on assembly and was happy with the customer service. The bikes are amazing and so enjoyable

No prob before warranty There is currently a warranty issue with bike company will not honor it support so the bike is currently sitting inoperable and waiting on consumer protection in California to assist which will probably take two months. Before the warranty issue there was no problem with bike. The bike is 2.5 months old
