GBThis is the absolute worst customer… This is the absolute worst customer service of any company I have ever purchased from. Good luck getting a response or a warranty issue covered. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable company that answers the phone or responds to emails.

GBGood experience with Basalt and Basalt ST purchaasee Have had bikes for a few months now. Both are fun to ride. My wife's ST had a bad shifter when we got it. After a few emails with customer support we got a replacement from MOKWHEEL about two weeks later which I installed. I also had to contact them about some accessories that were missing from the free package of stuff they sent us. They promptly apoligized and sent the missing items.

GBCustomer service stinks When went to use my front brake after assembly the mineral oil dripped out all over my wheel etc. I went to a local bike shop to get it fixed. Without ever seeing the bike I told them what was wrong and they gave me a quote of 38.00 to bleed the line and replace the brake pads. I sent that to Mokwheel. The final bill came in at 54.00 and Mokwheel refuses to pay the 54.00,only the 38.00. So for 16 bucks their supposed world class service is completely devoid of any integrity or honor.

GBYOU ONLY HAVE 5 DAYS TO REPORT SHIPPING… YOU ONLY HAVE 5 DAYS TO REPORT SHIPPING DAMAGE. OPEN THAT BOX WHEN IT ARRIVES. YOUR WELCOME Customer service questionable at best. Mesa Lite ST. Bike arrived with shipping damage most could be overlooked except the display with the broken bracket. Emailed pics immediately after opening box. Rep answered and said would send me bracket and she did but it was lost in shipping. Called and asked to have reshipped and they did. Then bracket arrived and it was a 2 inch piece that was not at all what was broken. When I called today I was told shipping damage must be reported in 5 days and pics I sent were sent on day 8. So they would not replace the display. This is 2 months later. Also 2 months later we are still waiting for the free black Friday items that were promised with our order. Currently being told label was created and items never shipped. They are suppose to be creating a new order and sending those items now. We will see. Love the bikes and the bike rack to haul them. Seat isn't very comfortable you will want to upgrade that with your order.
