Turns out that Peddle offered me more than this other company’s “guaranteed offer”. Peddle also showed up on time and contacted me in advance as promised. The first company I tried to use did not, which is why I went another direction and found Peddle. Glad I did!

Peddle's quote was higher than their competitors offers, and so clicked on the Accept Offer button. Less than 24-hrs later, the tow truck was at my house with a check in hand. I was upset the transmission went in my Highlander, but Peddle came through and made this situation a bit easier for myself. Highly recommend.

Fair and easy process This was a fair and easy process from beginning to end. We had a disabled vehicle that still ran but was too expensive to fix, the quote we received was better than simply scraping the car. The tow driver communicated and arrived on schedule, once onsite the driver had some verification step they needed to complete but once everything checked out he handed me a check for the quoted price.
