Very easy process Very easy process, got money for my car within a week! There was some miscommunication with the company picking up the vehicle, tried reaching Carvio for help but never got anyone to help, I had to figure things out on my own, which is why it was not 5 star.

Perfect!......almost. Great communication from start to finish except for 1 glitch. On initial agreed pickup day the towing company was a no call no show. After calling carvio they got right on it and pickup was rescheduled for two days later. Went perfect. Driver called to confirm then called again ½ hrs before arriving. Great company...highly recommend
