He was very accommodating to my needs, very responsive through calls/texts, and answered all my detailed questions. Alex never once rushed me throughout the process. I never felt worried or anxious about what I was getting myself into. He made sure I was informed to the fullest and let me know me know when there were any immediate changes. I was never left wondering about any issues. As a customer, that reassurance was crucial because I was getting my car transported from Virginia to California. The driver, George Butkhuzi, was very professional, kind, and accommodating to the vehicle delivery. I was able to get my vehicle delivered closer than expected, so that was a major plus.
