The three big factors I used were price, what they covered, and the patience they had to answer all my questions without repeating themselves and actually answering the question. GBYour rep Lucas Your rep, Lucas M, is a very good communicator and showed himself to be very comfortable in presenting your product to me. Lucas was not aggressive and was able to express himself in a non technical or intimidating way. He was able to answer 'every' question without having to search or reach out to another rep or supervisor which enhanced my confidence in him. I appreciate his interaction with me, as I often have issues with a sales persons' personality.
