Software flaky enough to give me pause I tried to create my account to order a vehicle. But I kept getting an internal server error. After two days I heard from Customer Support who offered to help. The conclusion was they had a software bug with IOS users. When I retried the configuration from a Windows device I never received the email. The response? Check junk/spam or use an alternative email. You have to be kidding. Trying to work with a dealer is less frustrating.
