Replacing parts without consent Booked my car in for an MOT. Staff are nice and friendly but I’m concerned about removing and replacing parts without my consent, the wiper blades were changed and I was charged double for the identical blades available on line. I won’t be using this garage again

Each time I was told that nobody was close to my market, but they would bring someone in ASAP. 25+ phone calls and they NEVER ever lived up to one single promise.

I finally got someone to answer the phone and they reneged on the offer and left me hanging with two other competing companies.
