worst customer service ever worst customer service ever. They don't care, just buying chinese scooters, traffic them just enough to not be exact copies and resell 3x the price

So I placed an order about a month ago, and still have to got it fulfilled,I asked for self collection, and they still sent the boxes any ways, which resulted in one box being taken from my door, now get this....the other boxes which had the motors I ordered THEY WERE THE WORONG MOTORS, TIL THIS DAY I SIT AND WAIT FOR MY ORDERS. so I ordered another scooter from another company and received it already in four days, voro motors is a great place to get a fast scooter just make sure it's in stock, the past few weeks have been ok being that my customer service rep JIM BRIAN keeps me upto date with this order it's still a kangaroo show but there working on it..thanks jim

Company is not what they claim Seeing all these reviews truly has me worried paid 3500 for a kaabo scooter in February arrived would not work they have been giving me the runaround since now it’s April they say they will not pay for labor to fix whatever issue is wrong. Great to Deal With I forgot to order a phone holder when I ordered my Wolf King GT Pro. Voro was able to modify my order and I just paid the difference.... I appreciate that because I would have had to pay a big shipping fee for just a phone holder......... Very Happy :)
