You submit everything and then get an immediate wave of calls, texts, and emails of varying legitimacy. Don't bother with them. They literally sell your information and that's their whole business.

Pretty Much a Scam. Even Though They'll Tell You They Provided You With What You Asked For. Gotta Read The Fine Print. Should have read the reviews first. Got bombarded with automated calls, emails and text messages despite already resolving my transportation needs. I called and emailed (their provided phone number and email off their site) to take me off whatever directory or register, but they couldn't seem to help me because they said they didn't have my information or phone number (despite me calling them twice and each caller saying he or she will make a note of it). And no I didn't use any of the numerous, non stop quotes they kept sending me, I found someone else to handle the transportation.

Couldn't give them the zero star review… Couldn't give them the zero star review they deserved, so I had to settle for a one star. Pretty much just a referral service; sign up and get spammed by dozens of brokers within a few minutes. These guys don't do any "car shipping", they just sell your information to others who also don't do any shipping. The company sucks.

Dark patterns in their website form Their web form asked for the model, make and year of the car I was considering shipping. It asked for my email address. When it asked for my cell phone number, I closed the tab without hitting submit (after typing in my cell number). They not only grabbed my cell phone number before I hit submit, they shared it with a dozen aggressive salespeople from different businesses who are texting and emailing me constantly now. This DARK PATTERN of data capture, and betrayal of privacy rights, combined with sharing my contact information without my consent indicates a lack of ethics. I can't trust all the incoming aggressive sales texts and emails if this is how they get their leads. Seems like a long con. AVOID.

Non stop phone calls with rates double… Non stop phone calls with rates double of anyone else. If you do not want call after call for 3 days straight don’t ask them for a quote since they don’t give you a direct quote and other shippers get ahold of your number and keep calling you even after you tell them the vehicle has been picked up and dropped off. Even had a few scammers call me right after I requested a quote.
