Absolute scam Absolute scam. The information given in the report is the information you already have. They also state that they offer a full money back guarantee if you aren’t 100% satisfied. When you contact them to request the refund they just send the same canned email/letter from Ahmed P. (Supposedly a Customer Support Representative) explaining how to access your report that you’ve already seen. They send the same email over and over again every time you contact them. They won’t respond to refund requests. Horrible fraudulent company. Please don’t use this company. I wish I had seen these reviews sooner.

Unrelevant information, but correct service Unfortunately I have to confirm the other reviews of getting only generic data that can be found elsewhere online for free. ALTHOUGH: After contacting them for getting a useless report, they instantly refunded me without any trouble. At least at this point the merchant is trustful.

Inaccurate Report Data - Accident Ran and paid for the report and it showed that there were no accidents. For giggles, I also ran a Carfax report and it showed that the car was indeed involved in an accident. As always, you get what you pay for... buyer beware.
