Approachable and friendly. Great service without the hardsell approach. I didn't need to use them in the end but the whole process from enquiry to cancellation was excellent. Through the chat function I was able to get all my questions answered the the person dealing with my enquiry went out of their way to support me and try and get me the best solution.
