By this I mean he answered all of my questions and took INITIATIVE to be more helpful (without me requesting) to send links for me to get more information. In a time, where many aren't working, or customer service isn't valued, this kind of customer SERVICE is like a "breath of fresh air". Thank you.

GBFoley Services, they have your back ! Our company has used Foley Services for over five years. We experienced a slow service in the past and were considering looking for a new provider. Then we received a new account manager, Karly Mulligan. And since that point, we've had nothing but excellent service and quick response to our needs. I would recommend using Foley to other carriers and strongly suggest taking a good look into all of their Value Added Services. It truly is a relief knowing Foley is there is to keep us in compliance. And the Foley portal is user friendly and a one-stop shopping for all our company DOT needs.

GBAwful Experience. I spoke with Ron via phone to try and get some questions answered regarding our company. I was met with a condescending tone, and unnecessary rudeness. Ridiculous. He spoke way to fast, and didn't seem to understand the questions I was asking which prompted even more rudeness from his end. I talk to people on the phone all day. I would never speak to someone this way. Extremely disappointed.

GBA responsive rep makes the difference Nothing is perfect and Foley's system does have some room for improvement but they are improving in small steps. What makes the difference is having someone that will respond to issues and get things done. Karly Mulligan has done a great job as our representative. She always responds quickly and helps get us through the day-to-day issues that come up or the bigger things like audits. She has done a great job for us.
