the customer service is good the customer service is good , but I was disappointed when we had increased are fuel purchase and when spoke to someone they said we can't give you better discount then we already have, unless you factor with us or purchase ins. threw us. Which this shows that it don't matter how much are fuel purchases increase to you it doesn't matter , when another company offers us a better discount we will look into going to someone else . There is always room to work with if you like to keep your customers.

Voiced Problem Never Corrected I've been asking for an issue to be fixed that involves me not being able to log in no matter that I am one hundred percent using the correct username and password. If my driver is at the pump and needs assistance and I need to log into Roadex, upon logging in, it will tell me that my username/password is incorrect (and it will indeed be correct) and if I keep attempting to log in, it will tell me I've made too many attempts and will lock me out for 30 minutes. At the end of 30 mins, I'll attempt to log back in with the exact same username and password I used previously and NOW it works. By that time, it's too late for my driver or we have wasted time waiting at the pump for 30 minutes for this issue to automatically correct itself. This has caused me to have to go to JB Hunt and get a fuel card where I do not have this issue at all.
