Professional. Punctual. The perfect car service Sam was our driver. He was friendly, on-time, and made everything super easy -- from the time we booked, to pickup and everything in between. We used Shield to drive more than 4 hours between Heathrow and Liverpool. And from Manchester back to London. We rode in the Mercedes sprinter van -- which had wi-fi via a hotspot which was nice. The vehicle was comfortable and very clean. Sam was very accommodating the entire drive as we needed to make bathroom and lunch stops along the way. I would highly recommend Shield if you are looking for a car service.
