And I say power in a positive way knowledge is POWER! After taking her course I know when someone is fraudulent or completely uneducated in the industry. GBwell put together! I ordered the Dispatcher workbook and it was an easy read! A lot of vocabulary words to help know the acronyms used in the trucking business. The quiz was helpful to make sure you understood what you read. I’m looking forward to attending an in person conference. I am sure Ms Tawana will be dropping gems!!! Great job!!!
