IEJust used this company to move from USA… Just used this company to move from USA to Ireland. Horrible experience from the start, after making initial enquiry was hounded by salesperson daily, eventually gave in and was given a quote via video call, agreed to price and after pickup was charged over $2,000 more than quote, then said I could do better but quoted be over $4,000 to return, items sat in California warehouse for over 30 days and then again over 30 more in Belgium before delivery. I would not recommend!!!

GBFinally over! Overall, my shipping experience was a nightmare I do not wish to repeat. That being said, it was Helen at Ruby Moves who helped me retain the little sanity I had left. The horrible things that happened to us were the fault of our beloved left wing government, not Ruby Moves. Helen became my friend and advisor in an ordeal that spanned well over a year! She never left me. Thank you Helen!
