This is my second car transport… This is my second car transport experience with Mike Miller at Smart Carship LLC. Mr. Miller was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. He works hard to ensure the customer is satisfied with the car transport. I am having a third car delivered, and I will use Smart Carship LLC for this delivery and future ones. Both of my cars made it home safe and Mr. Miller was there throughout the entire process.

Worst Experience Ever 12/17/23: It's been a horrible experience working with this company. I was given a price to get my car to me. I gave them a down payment. When it came time to pick up my car, they were having a hard time getting a driver. Then when they said they had someone, I was given a different price. Since I told them it wasn't the price on the contract, I would like a refund. After getting the run-around, they said they would. I never received a refund and they stopped all communication with me. This was 6 months ago.
