Great service! Got off to a little bit of a rocky start as my vehicle required a driver with a winch in order to pull the truck onto their trailer as it was not in running condition. It cost a little more than initially quoted, but James explained the situation to me very thoroughly and I feel like he truly did his best to find me the best rate given the circumstance and kept me in the loop every step of the process. Truck was delivered and transaction was smooth and simple. Quick to respond and always very polite. I will definitely use Delta Auto Dispatch if the occasion should arise in the future and recommend their services to anyone!

I booked a car through them ..my car… I booked a car through them ..my car got wrecked total loss in van horn Texas because they provide me a junky driver and junky company they never told me till one week past after that my car has been total ..poor communication also they took down payment of $120 which was never return ...they don't communicate at it's a worse company ..a night mare

Reliable Service Delta Auto was helpful in the process to ship my vehicle from WA to TX. Due to the time of the year I had to ship my car the possibilities weren’t many. Steven James worked hard to find me a driver for the day I must shipped my car. The reason for my 4 star review is due to the price difference. Once again. I understand the time of the year made it difficult and pretty sure during a better time I would have kept the quote I innocently got. In general it was a good experience and service.

The Good and The Bad The Good and The Bad Reached out delta to get my deposit back, Zack decided to hold my deposit as hostage in return for removing the bad review I posted yesterday. He threatened me that if I didn’t comply I would never see my deposit. I reached out to the supervisor, Sam Ross and he was more accepting and heard me out and guaranteed that my deposit was not in danger and he would insure a speedy refund…he kept his word.
