GBGreat Customer Service I knew we were off to a great start when they took my call after 5 pm, even while the employee was coaching a high school lacrosse practice. The entire process of renting a bus from ECS was clear and concise. Every step of the way they were willing to answer my questions. Even after I didn't respond to them for a couple of weeks, they booked my trip at the same price originally quoted. I eventually had to cancel the trip, but even that process was simple and they were so nice to me throughout. I will definitely be using them when our trip is rescheduled.
