I placed this order with them on 4/7, 24 hours later they are trying to Jack me for $1600 I placed this order with them on 4/7. Within 24 hours, they are trying to jack me by saying they need almost 4 times as much money. If you read deep into their reviews, you will see that this is how this company operates. It lowballs you into an agreement with them and then it strings you along and forces you to pay them more money. This is extortion at its finest. It's also fraud! I HEREBY REJECT YOUR CROOKED QUOTE! **** 304XXXXX-PAT Enough is enough BTW, if you try calling ANY of the customer service numbers that are posted by "customer service" agents for Proship, you will reach the same crooked "mush mouth" who cannot speak straight. All of the phone numbers reach the same individual . They all say the same thing: The guy who's name is supposedly "bruce" said "What...you want me to pay to ship your car?" -- this is after I asked him why his crooked company cannot keep the covenant of good faith and fair dealing and honor the price they committed to just 24 hours ago. Think long and hard before dealing with this company. Do you really want to put yourself through this to save a little money to ship your car? Update as of 4/22 - These people keep contacting me even after I have said that I will cooperate with law enforcement to prosecute their attempt to extort money from me. These scoundrels tried to censor this review and now they are harassing me nonstop! Even after I rejected their attempts to extort money from me. Update 4/25 - Just look at the fraudulent response I got from this DUMB, shady crooked company. I didn't ask for a discount. You quoted one price and then you attempted to extort money from me almost instantly. And then to add insult to injury, you kept texting me like EVERY DAY with your corrupt and crooked offer to ship my vehicle at a much higher price. YOU GUYS ARE ***HOLES. You are such a disgrace to humanity. And then you pretend like you run a reputable operation. Anyone who has half a brain will read the other reviews and figure out that you are evil!!

Car Transport In what seems to be a very competitive, unease business. Charles, from ProShip transport made me feel comfortable and the overall process easy to do business with him. My BMW was delivered on-time and at the cost we agreed upon. I will definitely use them again.

Why would you quote a price you can't honor? MY EXPERIENCE WAS ALMOST THE SAME AS THE PREVIOUS PERSON - Worst experience ever, I communicated with the company to transport my Jeep Wrangler and was given a quote. I inquired to make sure the cost would not go up due to the tire sizes (sent in pictures) and was told that the price quoted would not change. I signed a contract, paid a deposit. I also got it in writing that if the agent was not able to find a driver for the price agreed to in the contract I would get a refund. (Of course that has not happened!!) I had to reach out the before the scheduled pick up,because I had no information regarding the pickup, then Charles tells me that the driver he had picked, had to go pick up another load; and that he needed to find another driver. When he finally found a driver the same day that my jeep was scheduled to be picked up I was told the vehicle was considered an SUV and I would have to pay over $800 of the quoted price. Mind you I was at work trying to deal with this agent Charles texting me and trying to convince that the money was not going to him but to the driver, that gas is expensive and that the route from Fla to Ga there is not a good road. Why would you quote me a price that would not cover these items? He also told me that I could leave my keys with a neighbor and they would just pick up my jeep and transport it. (as if I would trust them.) I stood my ground - lost my deposit because of course he hasn't returned it - no honor in his word or this company. I had to rent a pick up truck and trailer and tow the vehicle myself (with my husband). This was such a mental and physical strain - all unnecessary. I agree fully - It’s all a scam, they’re doing this on purpose.
