Fun to ride and maintenance free Fun to ride and maintenance free! I've had my Unagi e-scooter for over a year. It's easy to ride and a lot of fun. The scooter is well made and high quality but light enough I can fold and easily carry. Customer Service has been quick and responsive to questions.

The charger i got with my scooter… The charger i got with my scooter doesn’t work. So since receiving it i haven’t even been able to ride it once but have been so busy moving i haven’t had time to reach out. It’s got two different colored completely miss matching cords. Oh and i specifically requested a new scooter and agreed to pay whatever the price was and was sent an old dirty scratched refurbished one instead with a cord that doesn’t work. I need to go a few places today and can’t even ride my scooter. So I’ll be paying Uber or Lyft.

Shoddy company Shoddy company. I returned two disfunctional scooters now they claim they never received them and sent me to debt collections. I’m fighting a debt collection company over products I never even got to use. UNAGI, YOU KNOW WHO I AM AND I WILL NEVER PAY YOU A DIME. ITS A FRAUDULENT DEBT COLLECTION.

I do not recommend due to customer and product experience. Customer service and scooter replacement has been severely lacking. Multiple scooters were sent that did not work out of the box. Additionally, my requests for shipment options were completely ignored also multiple times.

Hello ElectricCreature here :) Read this :) I’ve been riding Unagi Scooters for over 3 years now. I have put Unagi Scooters through the maximum test. They are built at high quality, light weight, and good top speeds. With dual motors you can’t go wrong. I’ve ridden in 2.5 inches of rain, and the Unagi Model One held up the whole 3 hours of downpour. During the winter I went out in snow, and this scooter did not die and went over ice fine. Even with solid tires, this scooter didn’t slide at all on snowy roads. If you are looking for a lightweight(portable)long battery life, easy maintenance, good top speed, then this scooter is for you. Trust me, I’ve hit plenty of bumps 3 years straight so far and this scooter has held up really well. I haven’t done maintenance at all and this scooter is stilling going strong.
