The AutoEurope website was easier to… The AutoEurope website was easier to use than others, and clear on what was/wasn't included. Also,every other car rental company I tried in Veracruz, Mexico, refused me because I'm over 75. (Yet I rent cars in the USA, without problems).

Even though rental contract was invalid - they are refusing to give me my money back Wanted to rent a car in Vegas. Booked through a german website but currently living in Canada, so I have a canadian license. Guy at the counter told us that its not a valid contract, as they are not allowed to take a canadian license. He also told us that therefore the contract is invalid and Auto Europe should give us a full refund. Which - surprise ! - they are not. We had to do a complete new rental contract, pay again, and now they are not willing to refund us for the original one. I feel robbed.

Great Customer Service For some strange reason, my client's car reservation was cancelled. Not by me, nor by the client. When I rebooked the car, the price came out slightly higher by $19.00 CAD. I spoke to GARWAYNE, who took the initiative to apply payment, since the original booking was already credited and arranged for the price to remain the same, Great initiative on his part, and he understands the true meaning of customer service. great price good upgrades unlimited… great price good upgrades unlimited milage and partly insured other insurances with my card but produce proof from you credit card provider no issues there.. have used auto Europe many time s def best prices esp with their partner Hertz

I would give less than 1 star if… I would give less than 1 star if possible. Rented with confidence. Ended up being fleeced by auto Europe and sixt car rental in Dublin. Shame. Shame. HORRIBLE company. HORRIBLE experience. Never again.
