Spoke to Unnder (sp) in the office and he worked with me on rate and it helped so much!!!! I really appreciate his customer service and his kind nature. He picked us up and dropped-off at the airport at a very short notice without rushing us. He went extra mile to make us feel comfortable. Good Value Exemplary professionalism from the reservation to the return of the vehicle. Very friendly welcome. Quick reply by email or WhatsApp. Nice car, very clean and runs very well. Good value for the base price. However, additional insurance a bit expensive, especially when you already have them with your credit card. Next time, I'll do better by proving that I'm already insured. Highly recommend this rental company !

Highly recommend renting from Alaskan Car Rental Great experience renting from Alaskan Car Rental. The service was stellar from beginning to end. From the reservation to the car pick-up and drop-off, all was easy and with a smile. It is a breath of fresh air to rent from a local family-owned company. You are always welcomed with an honest smile, and the cars are very well-cleaned and taken care of. I highly recommend this company. We had a new SUV with only 20 miles on it, still with a temporary license plate. We kept costs down by taking a taxi to their downtown location and for pick-up and drop-off. It made a big difference in the price compared to the major brands. Don't hesitate!
