This is our families 3rd experience… This is our families 3rd experience with Car Pilot and every time we walk away more impressed with the process and experience!!! Most significantly are the following: 1) You get for your trade, the price they quote you; 2) We spent maybe 15 minutes dealing with the delivery/paperwork person as compared to 3 - 5 hours in a dealership; 3) Everything is straight up price wise. 4) they are transparent and knowledgeable. Very good service I thought it was going to be impossible to get a car loan to pay off my lease and that I was going to have to give it up and I decided to give Car Pilot a chance to play with my options.
