The driver called me because he was having slight difficulty in finding the housing unit or apartment unit. He stayed on the phone with me until we made contact. Once on site he was quick, professional and made the whole ordeal A lot less stressful.

Not only did they call me right away after I submitted my request to make sure I was safe and in a good area, the driver got to me in less time than estimated. He swapped out the flat tire with the spare in just minutes! He also advised me to the speed limit with a spare and made sure I drove off safely before he pulled away.
