Customer Service improvement I sent my belts to be re-webbed and they did them in the wrong color. Honest mistake and they have since rectified the mistake. The Red webbing looks great and done promptly. Besides the communication about the mistake, good transaction and quality work.

6 years repair still working fine Actual date was September 27th 2017. 2005 Mercury Grand Marquis. The driver's side seatbelt repair is still working fine. Wasn't sure if I could get the old seatbelt out, but I did. I only used stamps for exact postage. Nothing fancy just made sure the seat belt was protected and my name and address were on the seatbelt. It was returned to me by regular mail in perfect condition. When I installed the repair, the the seatbelt code went out. Has been out ever since. The seatbelt the dealer installed on the passenger side in 2014 has now incurred a defect. It seems Safety Restore's repairs may be better than the original manufacturing.

Color-Matched Webbing The work done on my seat belt is perfect! Color-matched webbing is spot on. With the help of the instruction sheet that was sent back with it, install was a snap and as they said, once I cut the zip tie, my seat belt retracted just like it should and I'm back in business!

The customer service experience is TOP NOTCH The customer service experience is excellent. They worked with my on getting my seatbelts done. This was after USPS lost my belts. I had to buy some from a junkyard which need repair. I sent those in via UPS. They repaired them and webbed them with great turn around time. Amazing Quality Was restoring interior of 83 Ford F150 and was looking to change seatbelt webbing since they worn out and to different color. Came across this company and it was really smooth transaction. Chose the color on the website, dropped of the seatbelts, and next day they were ready to get picked up.
