GBI had to deal with many… I had to deal with many representatives! All we’re understanding and friendly except one. My advice is you get a rude one hang up and call back - there are very good ones also if you have a warranty make sure the place you purchased it from filed it correctly and paid the surcharge if your vehicle has any modifications! Save a long depressing and frustrating battle ! Overall Allstate is one of the best as long as you know the paperwork is filed correctly.

GBI love how easy and painless Allstate… I love how easy and painless Allstate makes it during tough times. No one wants anything to happen to their vehicle but things happen! The company stands by their product and doesn’t complicate things when you are trying to get a problem fixed!! Would purchase a warranty through them again!!!

GBGreat coverage Great coverage, the only issues I had was the deductible was $100.00 more than I was told when I was sold the policy @ Subaru of Plano. I also didn’t find out about a rental car possibility until I spent 3 day’s borrowing a vehicle and staying stuck at home canceling doctors visits.

GB2020 chevy Silverado 1500 3.0 duramax diesel Everything was great except I had to pay $200 extra dollars because what was said to be totally covered ended up not being totally covered, a little confused on that as when I signed the contract I understood everything totally covered until 125,000 miles, but happy to have my truck fixed and working..hopefully I hear back as to why it wasn't totally covered
