GBCustomer service rocks here!!! I will speak about the sales and customer service experience with the Trackhawk team, I had questions regarding the shipping and the unit. They we able to answer everything through the chat and a fella named Steve (which I am yet to decide if he is an AI or a live agent😁) was able answer me very fast and knew everything I needed.
