Within 2 hours I was sent another email with a UPS tracking number. Eight days later, Dec 3, I received my package from UPS. A well and securely wrapped package that looked as if it had hardly been touched! During these 8 days I received emails from the OBDPRICE support team keeping me informed. Purchased an update for my MK808BT Purchased an update for my MK808BT. The update went smoothly with some guidance from OBDPRICE. After purchasing the update they required my sn number for my unit with a reply email from the purchase confirmation email. I then got a authorization code to enter at the update site for Autel.

Very Recommended Vender! I bought MP808 Pro first and I exchanged it for MaxiSYS Elite II and then returned it for exchange with MaxiCom Ultra Lite and I didn’t have any difficulties or any issues with submitting my returns although I did it multiple times! Terrible company Terrible company, bought a scanner with 2 years free updates, only got 1. Have contacted them several times over a 10 week period with no useful response. Even worse customer service. AVOID OBDPRICE for your own benefit.
