Customer Service responsive and adapter worked great on ID4 Customer Service responded quickly when I had a question about delivery. The Tesla to J1772 adapter worked with no issues when charging my ID4 with a Tesla Destination charger.

No free returns No free returns. I spent over $40 just to return the item. It was a $195 level 2 EV charging cable extension.
