NO REPLIES TO NUMEROUS EMAILS. The contact PHONE NUMBER is a scam. It's an answering machine meant to stop you talking to anyone. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS MOB. THEY ARE OPPORTUNISTS WITH NO TECHNICAL EXPERTISE OR CUSTOMER CARE ETHOS!!

Have been unable to receive any support. So I requested a refund directly from them. Funny enough, soon after. All refunds for prior products were canceled so even though I consented to the purchase of one product I've been billed 3 times. Even called the dealership that this company claims to be headquartered at, and they said they're phonies that falsely use their address all the time and they're going to pursue a cease and desist.
