They haven’t stood behind me.. So I went through this site to get my car fixed. They recommended link automotive in Charleston wv. My car was there for 5 months and the garage told me they couldn’t fix it. I had to pay $400 to a tow truck to get it there. Now I have to pay more then that to get it to next destination. I feel that repairpal should def pay my tow bill to get it to another shop since the shop they GUARANTEED me would fix my problem, DID NOT FIX ANYTHING.. I have emailed repair pal a few times but they are not doing any about this.. Had I not trusted them and paid 400 bucks to get my car to their garage, I wouldn’t be paying it again to get it to another..

quit stealing money from honest shops quit stealing money from honest shops - pretty sure low estimates are designed to get customers to use certain shops - estimates are not honored and i suspect they just collect a fee from the shop - POS site...
