No replies to bug reports I submitted a bug report 2 weeks ago and still NO REPLIES. The app does NOT allow me to enter gas price at our local gas stop (3.1 miles away). I tried a dozen times over several days (yes, I clicked CONFIRM each time). So, what is the purpose of GasBuddy?

Very disappointed with GasBuddy lack of accuracy during gas shortage Very disappointed with GasBuddy and its lack of information during this gas shortage in South Miami Dade County (April 15th-17th and continuing). It took a couple of days to start showing gas stations without gas. Now it shows a few with and without and the "with" actually do not have gas. There's more emphasis on the prices. Who cares about the pricing during a gas shortage crisis? Focus on who has gas and who doesn't. And, yes, I'm aware that they rely on information from the public. That's another concern especially depending on what community you're in. Good luck getting accurate information.

GasBuddy advertises incorrect prices and won't correct them! Prices listed on GasBuddy often used to be out of date and lower than what I found at the pump. Lately, I've noticed that when I try to submit the correct price, GasBuddy argues with me ("This price seems high") and does not update the incorrect prices -- I suspect that GasBuddy is colluding with stations to drive business to them with false price reports, but what I'm certain of is that I cannot rely on the prices GasBuddy reports regardless of how recently they are supposed to have been submitted. It's not worth deviating from my intended route to get a lower price -- every time I do so, I find the price at the pump is much higher than claimed.

Signed up a month ago. Still no card Put in for a GasBuddy card in June. It got shipped (supposedly). It is now almost a month and still no card. Customer Support still emails me reminders to activate and take advantage of the savings, but can’t seem to mail the card so it gets delivered. Good thing I went with the free membership. Customer Support bots tend to respond more often than an actual human. Honestly at this point I’m just going to consider deleting my account. Waste of my time waiting for a savings card and dealing with incompetent customer service.
