Fast shipping Not very professional, but they definitely deliver on speed, which is most important in this case. There's room for improvement on customer service. Just because you're currently the cheapest and fastest doesn't mean you'll stay in the market forever, so improve on your customer service.

Shipment was sent over three months… Shipment was sent over three months ago. To date nothing given. They overcharge and then make excuses. They said pay the additional charges and you get the parcel else it will take time to come out. Now the fourth month is starting and they still are not interested in shipping or delivering. These guys are crooks. I have since then had three other shipments from US delivered but not these guys. Keep using the excuse the goods are stuck in customs....but other companies manage to deliver.

I do a lot of shipments from the UK and… I do a lot of shipments from the UK and US and I most times have an issue with pricing. I've used African Salihiya, Kentex, StatesDuka, Savo and the issue of volume has always triggered bad emotions but this one has the most genuine pricing. You pay for weight. That's it. Nothing else meant to fleece your pockets
