My package got delivered into the wrong… My package got delivered into the wrong letterbox, I live in a building complex with multiple letterboxes at the same address. I wasn't called on my given phone number when the delivery was made, but on the portal it says adressee was unreachable. There is no way for me to retrieve my package, I don't even know where it is. Please put me in touch with a local delivery person who can help me get my package.

Unacceptable that there is a $21 COD… Unacceptable that there is a $21 COD charge on a $29 purchase. Canada Post is the end agent and could not find any reasons behind what those charges were for as they assumed that there was going to be a break down on the label, but nothing on label just a sticker saying you owe us an extra $21.23 if you want your already paid for including shipping purchase. Very poor....

Throughout the years I used many different delivery companies, but landmark is truly the worst one. AVOID Update 22.03 - After almost a month package was finally delivered. I'm not sure what happened and why it took so long to transport, estimation was that it will need 10 business days maximum.
