They only offer chat and email support, which I was a little worried about at first, but they did everything right, fixed my problems and restored my peace of mind about my business website and fixed the security/malware issues in about 5 hours. The problems had plagued my site for months and I tried Bluehost first, but was very disappointed in their lack of follow-through and professionalism.
