GBI needed your product to ship next day… I needed your product to ship next day to me and I paid for next day shipping. I ordered it on a Thursday evening and you site said estimated delivery of the next day. It didn’t even ship and I didn’t receive it until noon on Monday. Why didn’t it deliver on Saturday? I paid $98 in shipping! This lost me a customer! Also you name is Automation 24 which I assume means your available to fulfill orders 24 hours a day. Very disappointed in your service!
