Quick and Easy Reporting I've always been able to get in and get out without any hassle. Quick and easy reporting. The only constructive criticism I can offer is: Most of the instructions have fairly good sized letters EXCEPT the "Click Here to Continue" :) for us older folks :( if you can make the letters a tad larger OR in bold Or in Red. You tend to forget where things are from 1 year to the next.

Charged double...... I liked the fact that you could do everything in one place. The one issue I have is the payment of the 2290 wasn't clear and I ended up getting charged double. So if you are using this service, read everything and if it isn't clear then stop.

Why I use this service. Well, it’s just so easy and FAST!! I always get my stamped 2290 within several minutes. I do usually have a little problem finding the button for filling in previous information, but I don’t know why…. I usually don’t find it until I’ve been digging out titles. By the way, that button is in plain sight. I guess it’s just not where I’m looking. The service still gets an All Star rating. I’ve used this service for a number of years and really like how they operate.
