Deposition went great! We had a deposition transcribed. You need the witness sworn in. But they will send you a certification. They were fast and helpful. And, it was about 1/2 the price of having a court reporter.

A lot of corrections A lot of corrections. Also, if you've ever gone to typing school, all typists know, there are two spaces after a period in a sentence. The only time, there's one space is if pagination is full justification alignment, which is rare. This job was left alignment, requiring two spaces. Because we noticed the errors upfront, we had to listen to the whole audio from beginning to end, and proofread word for word to ensure everything was caught. No spot checking. So, basically, we paid for work that had to be redone. We give three stars for the pricing and the ability to work with FTR files. Prices are good, but still a waste of money if the transcription isn't accurate or close to it.

Poor transcription. Poor transcription. Two words were capitalised mid sentence. Asked to please not 'shift + return' at end of paragraph as causes justification problems. Was still wrong.

Good, But Not Great This Time Slightly disappointed in this transcription. Previous transcriptions had been unbelievably precise, far surpassing what I'd received from Rev.com. The audio file I uploaded was difficult to hear in spots, and I understand the degree of difficulty. It also was a long audio file (50 minutes). However, to wait more than 24 hours, and to still need to re-listen to the audio to clean up what was listed as "inaudible" cost me valuable time. Normally I would give this transcription 3 stars. However, because the uploaded audio was less than crystal clear, I added a star to make it 4 stars.
