Really amazing guys. Really amazing guys. Their customer service is really amazing as I have used other customer service and others were always late to answer. These guys have the best customer service ever. I am just here because of customer service and becuase it is cheap.

Shockingly Good! Absolutely shocked at how good the service is! I originally came to know about them from an IG ad of their $1/month + free domain plan, was too tempting so i gave them a shot and was pleasantly surprised! My sites are WAY WAY faster then the ones i have on a2, and im considering moving to orangehost as soon as my plan expires, not to mention the SUPER fast support, i got my issue fixed and a reply within 2 minutes!!! All in all, they're a lot better than the outdated and expensive a2 and the others like siteground...etc - super fast servers, even on their $1 plan - you get a free domain even with the lowest plan - super fast and helpful support VERY satisfied with orangehost and will be moving all of my sites + clients' sites to them.

I love orange host Good experience overall for a total beginner. No serious problems, you just need to do some tweaks in the security of your website first to make Google trust you. I'm sure if I asked them for help, they would do it for me, because they are one of the most friendly and helpful customer service in the world.

Frustrating experience & cancelled account After detailing exactly what I wanted to achieve, and being told that the target account would be suitable, I signed up. The bad: After writing a clear and precise email for migration, I was frustrated by the agents asking me for information clearly contained in my first contact message. A dozen exchanges later, and it is clear the agents (pleural) are not reading anything past what they're expecting to read. I was finally told the target account wouldn't work, and that I should be signing up for a different (reseller) account worth considerably more $. The good: At this point, after spending most of the day in frustration, I asked for a refund and account cancellation and my request was honoured immediately. In summary: the agents were not reading the full message, and their responses lacked clarity or even basic communication at times. My experience left me quite frustrated, but I appreciated that my request to cancel my account and refund my money was honoured immediately.
