The customer service rep was unable to… The customer service rep was unable to provide me with instructions on the website because she couldn't see what the customer sees. I think that your customer service reps should be able to see what the customer sees. The rep did try to assist me the best she could and I appreciate the effort.

We are looking to switch vendors We are looking to switch vendors for bilingual testing because the test provided by Alta is very hard to hear and does not give enough time to process the information. A person is also docked points for asking the system to repeat because they are unable to hear. We have employees who are fluent in both English and Spanish and who have had medical terminology training in both who are unable to pass level 2 as well as clinicians who are fluent in both unable to pass CCLA.
