Rug was great! Rug was made to order so it took a few days before it shipped from Turkey to the USA. The rug was as expected and looks great in my bathroom.

The carpet is beautiful The carpet is beautiful. Just as pictured and just as we imagined it would be. However, the delivery time was a little longer than predicted. But that wasn't a problem for us. Suggestion for improvement: We contacted them by email and asked when the carpet would be delivered/sent off and received no reply at all. We only received a reply via the chat contact on the website. That was a shame. It would be better if the customer is informed well in advance. Thanks anyway. But after all we are happy and would buy a carpet again.

The rug itself is beautiful and cheaper… The rug itself is beautiful and cheaper compared to the well known washable rug brand.Very tough on any dirt or stain. The bonus part is the lovely design and affordability! I was kept informed about the delivery date.Nothing to complain about but all praises to Justrug.

5 stars I ordered 3 rugs from this company who I thought were based in UK. The rugs come from Turkey I have since found out. Ordering was easy on web site, delivery was within 3 weeks, I was a little apprehensive when I contacted them via web site to ask where the rugs were as we had no correspondence as to delivery time. The rugs duly arrived and the pattern, colour, quality and good adhesion to our parquet floor is brilliant even with a dog running around. 1 of the carpets had a slight defect which I emailed the company about with picture and they said they would send out another and didn't ask for the other rug back which saved a lot of packing up and posting time. A couple of weeks and the 4th rug arrived safely. I give this company 5 stars, would not hesitate to buy again, looking forward to being able to pop these rugs in the washing machine when necessary. The only way this company could improve would be more communication around delivery however once you trust they do a good job as I now do I would not be concerned in future orders. Well done Justrug and thanks.

Beautiful washable rug Ordering our washable rug was easy and the variety of sizes and designs was a plus. The rug took about 3 weeks for delivery and arrived iin perfect condition. We chose the celtic lattice design and it looks great on our hardwood flooring. The extra 15% off was also much appreciated. Highly recommend.
